Born in Mexico City, I went to UFRAM to finish university in Media, and I always loved sports. I earned a black belt in Kenpo and moved to Canada on 2003. 

I am a single mom of 11 year old twins (Sophia and Alexander), currently working as a coordinator of personal training and YThrive at Ymca, personal trainer and owner of Fit Body X and Power Jumps.

I believe fitness is for everybody, any age and any fitness level, you can reach what you set on your mind.

HIT CLASS
 
A training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
STRENGTH CLASS
 
Strength and tone is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight.
RUNNING CLUB
 
Practice is absolutely open to all runners and walkers and great way to keep in shape. Research shows that a very short run can yield a big payoff.
CORE + STRENGTH CLASS
 
Core exercises improve your balance and stability. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony.
CARDIO
 
Endurance exercise that strengthens your body’s circulatory system (the heart and blood vessels). Examples include running, biking, dancing, and tennis.
KICK BOXING CLASS
 
Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
